        Price
        Prices quoted are Ex-Works Belagavi.

        Payment Terms
        50% advance payment along with Purchase Order (PO).
        Balance 50% to be paid against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.

        GST
        Applicable GST will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of delivery.

        Packing & Forwarding
        Charged extra @ 5% of the total value.

        Freight
        On a Freight-to-Pay basis.

        Transit Insurance
        Extra @ 0.5% of the invoice value.

        Delivery
        Ex-stock, subject to prior sale. Please confirm delivery availability at the time of order placement.

        Warranty

            12 months from the date of shipment from Pragati Engineering Belgaum Pvt. Ltd. factory or warehouse.

            Covers repair or replacement of parts due to manufacturing defects only.

            Warranty excludes any consequential liabilities.

            Not applicable for damages resulting from improper usage.

            Void if unauthorized modifications are made to the product.

        Force Majeure
        The company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to Force Majeure conditions.
